I Got a Package!

I got a package from my dear friends at Twinkletoe Tails: Oui Oui, Julie, Mica Minnie Moo, Carl and their mom! This is my first package (outside of stuff the lady orders me), and I'm excited! I won some calming collars from a give-away they had and here I am wearing one.

They sweetly also sent me some other things. I got a sweet card that they all signed but you may need to bigify to see. Apparently, I wasn't being very cooperative in this photo shoot, but I say it's the lady's poor photography skills that are to blame. I got a fun toy with feathers that jingles and some yummy Party Mix treats! I am so happy! Thank you so much Twinkletoe gang! I love you guys!

I've been meowing several times during the night to the point where the lady puts me out of the bedroom. She says I'm causing her much loss of sleep. I used to always be quiet during the night but the big guy thinks that I've come into my own now that there aren't any other kitties here. The lady is all bummed because she wants me to sleep with her, but I mainly sleep in the other room and just come into the bedroom to meow. She says she wants to bond with me. Well, bonding over treats and play time works for me. If you have any suggestions for her, she would love to hear (tell her to feed me more treats!).

Not Wordless but Whiskerful Wednesday

We decided to do Whisker Wednesday instead of Wordless Wednesday because the lady says my whiskers pop in these pictures.

Easy Sunday

Hi! I'm having an Easy Sunday today, but last night I had fun with the new toy the lady bought me. It's a dragonfly toy. I used to play with one when I first came to live here and I loved it!

Finally Friday

Hi! This should actually be titled, "Finally the Lady Helps Me Do a Blog Post." She's been taking an online class for her work, so between that and work and homework, she claims she doesn't have as much time for blogging. Hmmf.

This is a perch the big guy made for me. I've been pestering them all week to go in the storage closet, but they don't want me to go in there anymore. He took a box, covered it with a blanket and put it right in front of both windows.

I'm told I'll get a cat tree in the near future, but until then I'll use this. I actually really like it and spend most of my day on it. I can see all the birds and the sunshine and the sky. Plus, it's comfy for naps.

Blurry Saturday

It's a hot weekend here in Texas. We'll all be doing our best to stay cool and near the air conditioning. The lady has been a bit tired lately so this is a good time to kick up our paws and relax. I hope you're enjoying your Saturday!
